Frank Capuzi & Frankie Perez - 26th Ward Republican Committeeman and 35th Ward Republican Committeeman Frankie Perez came into the Cook GOP office to demand no candidate be run against Democrat Board of Appeals Commissioner Joe Berrios. Berrios is also Chairman of the Cook County Democratic Party. Frankie Perez is an administrative assistant to Joe Berrios and was a Republican State Central Committeeman. Perez switched parties when Berrios became head of the Cook Democrats. Capuzi maintains a close friendship with Berrios and placed campaign signs for him in the last election.
