Oh were then NHL stars? Not the same as 1980. I hate all that NBA Dream Team crap in the Olympics. A bunch of NBA pros playing Europeans or Russian teams. The whole thing was a joke.

Not really. Especially when our college guys were going up against pros anyway. What's good for the Europeans and the Soviet Bloc was good enough for the USA.

My only regret was that the Dream Team couldn't win by a 100 points in every game.
