There is a pattern: CA runs out of cash, Arnold kisses up to Obama. (Remember the B+ grade Arnold gave last time?) Obama says no, and then Arnold acts a little offended and slightly Republican.
Benedict Arnold might as well give up. California is mostly the wrong color. To get stimulus, you need to be black or have plenty of green to donate to the hard Left.
As long as Ca. keeps doing business the sa,e old way, they are toast as is the rest of the country. As you know, spending must be cut.
