Since he is so clearly bent on the absolute distruction of our free republic, Tarleton's quarter would be good for starters.

Ah yes, Banastre Tarleton (1754-1833). As you will know but for others, his actions at Waxhaw Creek gained him the name of "Bloody Ban". It was said the Americans took revenge at Kings Mountain SC on the defeat of British Col. Patrick Ferguson. I have visited the battlefield twice. Very impressive and Ferguson, though an enemy, has a monument.

I was surprised to learn the revolutionary forces let the begger (Tarleton) back to England on parole. He capitulated at Gloucester Point VA. A little off topic but one could go with "remember the Goliad, remember the Alamo".

One has to agree one cannot win with fair play all the time. Look what happened to Dan Quail. (Chuckle).
