Why are they so worried about this?? Afraid that the citizens of the United States will take the constitution seriously??? I think I smell something nasty.
It comes down to the fundamentals. They, this administration, does not like individualism because the concept of individual freedom in America inhibits their ultimate goals no matter how far they are from reaching them.
