Not so sure about that. IIRC, Jim didn't take any polls back then. I do know I backed McClintock. The "Harpy" contingent were very vocal in their support for Arnold. As you must know, in 2003, the Harpy's, aka. the Bushies, ruled the forum and any opposition was quickly dealt with and flamed down. While there was support for McClintock, it didn't match the intensity for Arnold. Frankly, the ArnoldBots ran roughshod over the vocal opposition to his candidacy. Not unlike what recently transpired with another liberal Republican by the name of, Scott Brown.

To 24 - Correct. The Californians for Arnold insisted that McClintock could never get elected. The majority, (of Califs), on this site, supported Schwarzenegger.
