I guess all those extra speeches just aren’t doing the job.

The pundits would say the speeches ARE doing the job, but some of us are just to DUMB to understand the man-child's superior intellect. He must keep speechifying over and over and over until we get it.

I think somewhere that is the definition of insanity................
