Weir reminds me of that South Park episode where Mr. Garrison intentionally attempts to be an over-the-top flamboyant gay pervert so he can get fired, but instead the principal honors him for his "courage" and they send all the kids to "tolerance camp" for not being accepting of him.

There's nothing courageous about Weir acting like a complete freak in a very public and very flamboyant way. Like Mr. Garrison, he's involved in a bizarre stunt. Only the msm is too slavish to realize it so they "celebrate" him and act outraged when somebody dares to say what's on everybody's mind: this kid is a freak of nature.
