The plots, deals, pacts, plans made in the Middle East for the last two thousand years make the backroom deals made in Congress look like kids playing checkers.
Remember the famous incident were the IDF was blamed for shooting a kid during one of the Palestinian offensives? Later the Palestinians involved admitted the kid had been deliberately killed by them to make it look bad for the IDF and bring world condemnation down on Israel.
Why should this incident be above suspicion? Especially given the sloppy trade craft.
