On his 2/19/10, show, responding to a viewers letter concerning the “Oath Keepers” (first I have heard of this group-But OK), he stated that it is perfectly within the rights of the State for the police to confiscate firearms during a hurricane or for apparently any reason, because “The Folks” can then go to court to fight it.

You’re about 6 years behind the curve, regarding BOR.
Since I don’t have a TV it’s easy for me to say I’ll never watch him, but when I go to my mom’s house she loves to watch him....so she can yell at him ;)
