Yes, congress makes the tax laws, but IMHO, those that enforce unjust laws are just as bad. And then take pleasure in ruining people. They aren’t innocent bystanders.
I wouldn’t lump as being all the same. There both good and bad people everywhere. There have definitely been some in the IRS that abused there power and ruined peoples lives. Which is inexcusable and deplorable.
