Well, there are 2,800 athletes, coaches etc at the Vancouver Village and another 2,400 at the Whistler one. Assume each athlete there is for say two weeks. Well, I'll let somebody else work through the math...

About 20 condoms per person, for a 17-day event (although most don't stay for the whole time, and many presumably don't participate in the frivolity)...
and some have said that a re-supply might be necessary.
