Arizona Prosecutors Wont Seek Death Penalty in Honor Killing.
Remember the case in which Faleh al-Maleki, an Iraqi-American father brutally ran over his daughter, Noor, in Arizona, then attempted to escape but was apprehended in Britain and returned to face justice?
Guess whats just happened? The Arizona prosecutors have been scared off seeking the death penalty. Public defender Billie Little raised the specter of How will it look for Christians to execute a Muslim?
I kid you not.
Billy Little asked the judge to take special precautions to ensure the County Attorneys Office wouldnt wrongly seek the death penalty because Almaleki is a Muslim.

As long as they’re only killing each other off, seems even arresting them might be questionable.
Public defenders feel they have to toss monkey wrenches into things. Well if they didn’t, they wouldn’t be fulfilling their legal duties. I doubt Billie Little gives a personal hoot about how it “looks for Christians to execute a Muslim.”
Oh yeah.....I know who you mean....name excapes me at the moment. Unless it is Ira Einhorn?
That’s him!
Yeah....he’s in a PA prison, now...life w/o parole. Guess who his attorney was during his original legal proceedings, before he fled? Good ole Arlen Specter. The same POS “senator” we are saddled with for the moment in PA. Einhorn was, of course, a “peaceful” liberal of the Hippie days.
As I recall, “No death penalty” was the French condition for consenting to extradite.
Doesn’t mean that some unfortunate accident could not, or should not, befall ole Ira.
Buckling under to the new muslim overlords, eh? Despicable.
open process (to) provide some level of assurance that there is no appearance that a Christian is seeking to execute a Muslim for racial, political, religious or cultural beliefs,
Buddhist jurists are standing by! And if you act now, we’ll hang TWO for the price of one.
Muslims out of U.S.
Out of the West!
The guy hacked his girlfriend to bits and stuffed them in a trunk, then left it in a closet for a couple of years.
Name was Ira Einhorn, and he was never in any danger of the death penalty, afaik. Was just an excuse to evade the consequences...

This time I think Phyllis misrepresents the facts. How will it look for Christians to execute a Muslim?, yes, that's incendiary, that's what the defense does. However Arizona prosecutors have been scared off seeking the death penalty, I doubt that's true. Most European countries will not extradite to the US if the death penalty is in play. If the perp makes it to Europe, extradition usually requires a waiver of the death penalty. Israel, Mexico and Canada have essentially the same policies. The only reason I "think" Phyllis misrepresents is the citizenship issue. Some countries will extradite non-citizens, some won't, and I don't know the terrorist's citizenship nor the UK's position on non citizens. Extradite him, let him spend his life in jail, but you can't blame the prosecutors.
Not surprised, this is a sad sign that this nation is going dhimmi.
I know Mexico does that. They won’t extradite unless there’s an agreement of no death penalty.
But - they accept millions of dollars from the US for abortions.
Interesting parallel, I’d say.
Billy Little - Infidel!
That’s generally my recollection, also.
I don't know but let's put it on Youtube to see. Heck, maybe we could even behead him.
What are you smoking? Mumia is not in France, he has never been to Framce, he has no plans to visit France in the future.
He may be popular in France, but like Jerry Lewis, he doesn't actually live there.
See my comment immediately after that one.
