It is beyond me how we have come to this. I heard that California jails offer Aroma Therapy. Aroma Therapy!!!! The government is pushing for volunteerism. Why don’t they put these guys to work? Give them some pride, instead of stupid exuses for why they are the way they are. They can easily learn a trade ( even inside jail). This stuff makes me mad.
