I wonder where all those posters are who deride the idea that we are currently in a Socialist/Fascist State because FR is still up and running and no one has been thrown in jail for free speech.

There is no denying that the poem was offensive. There is no denying that this guy is a dirt bag and should probably be serving a jail sentence for something or another...

But this goes too far. By a long shot, no pun intended. Especially for a Country predicated upon the ideal of freedom.
