This one has been here for at least a few weeks now and I’ve had a little fun with him, but he rarely replies...LOL.

Oh no, TEA PARTY EXPRESS, TEA PARTY NATION, and local grassroots Tea Parties do not support or like Ron Paul. He has his own so-called tea party-ers, who like to invade Tea Parties and hand out RP fliers. Tea Parties are mainstream (small government, fiscal responsibilty, strong national defense) and RP is an anti-war kook.

You’re whistling past the graveyard, ReyTurner. The Tea Party is nowhere near being history. But, they need to leave Ron Paul alone.

Ron Paul is not my cup of tea, but he is the one guy in Congress whose votes consistently reflect the proper constitutional limits on the power of the Federal government. And this is the first guy the Tea Party movement goes after? How about they go after free-speech busting McCain? Or how about one of those Northeast RINOs like Olympia Snowe? Unbelievable how frigging stupid some people are. Talk about shooting your own foot.

Screw our allies? How? The only thing I has heard is he would cut off all aid to all foreign countries. i.e. welfare. We are broke. We cannot afford it.

Did you read the article?

He has three challengers, none with any campaign funds.

He’s agreed to a debate with them on Saturday, IIRC.

Yeah right,

Those angry white Tea partiers - they pretty much lost all traction with the disappointing VA and NJ governor’s races and that HUGE loss in Massachusetts for “Bilgewater Teddy”s legacy Senate seat

{eyes rolling...}

I rather doubt this is any true reflection of the Tea Party Movement; looks like some minor candidates trying to get some attention by attaching themselves to a movement that is very decentralized.

The chance of one of these guys with their thousands of dollars taking out Paul seems to be somewhere between slim and none.

This Tea Party thing is just about history.

Wrong. Tea Parties will continue until we have responsible elected officials who understand that they work for us. We are the employers. We are their boss.

Many of us Tea Partiers are now supporting candidates . . we are awake and want our own version of hope and change.

Give him some credit for that, at least. You think, for instance, McCain would do the same for total unknowns?

Yes, another group of clueless RINOs.

Oh absolutely, as I noted earlier on the thread, he loves to debate and I think he’s very gracious for agreeing to a debate.

I'd love to see both of them taken out, along with Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham and a bunch of others.

Oh, hell. He didn’t even debate obama.

We sort of got lucky here. Murtha went to his infernal reward, and Specter is, well, a spectre. PA just might do it right this time.

Pat Toomey just *has* to win. I despise Arlen Specter.
I just hope he doesn’t die before he’s made to suffer a humiliating defeat!

The RINOs kept him and the dems voted for him. Maybe not this time. He is one twisted, backstabbing, expletive after another.
