ABC White House correspondent Jake Tapper took a break from asking the President questions to ask (Tim) Griffin on twitter “you gonna run against Ross?” Griffin replied several minutes later “There’s a lot of unhappy folks in the 4th District. I hear from them.”

Tim Griffin, was a United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas from December 2006 to June 2007, appointed by Attorney General Alberto Gonzales. Griffin now runs his own businesses in Little Rock, Arkansas.

How old is that info from Tapper? Isn’t Tim Griffin already running in the AR-02 (the seat from which Vic Snyder is retiring)?
