The Dems are going kamikazi on this bill. They must be pretty sure that once it is in place conservatives will never be able to undo it upon retaking congress.
Well, that's a certainty. For the GOP to unwind this abortion, it would have to take back both Houses and the Presidency in 2012. As long as a Dem is in the WH, the veto will end whatever the GOP tries to enact.
