every single line in a “reconciliation” bill is subject to a Point of Order as to its relevance as a budget item on the Senate floor. Each point of order require 60 votes to pass.

The RATS are preparing a nuclear strategy in which 51 votes, including Biden, will overturn the rule of the parlimentarian, thus shutting off debate on every amendment and every point of order.
This is getting world-class ugly and dangerous.
