The FBI apparently didn't have nothing besides what the affidavit said, and it blew smoke up the liberal Media's and Landreu's butts.

Fact: the FBI didn't accuse O'Keefe & crew of any crime. It, the affidavit, did provide colorful descriptions of what could have happened at the scene. The affidavit concluded that that their was "probable cause to believe," which is enough to bring them in for questioning and little else by itself. It appears I was the only one on FR who knew how to read the FBI's affidavit accurately and who spoke up - tooting my horn. ;-)
