Actually this one was legit. The USDA blatantly discriminated against black farmers for decades. They've won lawsuit after lawsuit but the Feds simply failed to pay up.

I read what you say, but why and when would these offenses have happened. Is this stuff harking back to Jim Crow and Democrats? I hear Indians got an even bigger screw.
