In this case the “alleged” actions of the USDA led to a real harm done to people based upon socialism=racism.

Before the USDA stacked the deck in favor of white farmers in the form of socialist benefits subsidizing the white farmer's cost, thus driving black farmers out of business; blacks were represented among the farming community roughly along their proportion of the population.

After the actions of the racist socialist USDA, black farmers are as rare as an intelligent liberal.

Socialism subsidizes racism.
