When you consider that his screed IS anti-FedGov and IS a protest against the tax code, I'd say that the media won't have to spin anything by calling him an "an anti-government tax protester."
The spin will be in claiming that this guy is a regular Conservative, when it seems that he was just a sui generis nutjob.
