You wanna bet that if Marco Rubio becomes the kind of Senator a lot us conservatives hope he will be, that the birther-nutters will suddenly find all sorts of loopholes in the Constitution that would allow him to run for POTUS?

pretty sure Rubio was born here, so not sure what the issue would be. I bet he has a birth certificate.

If both of his parents were citizens at his brith, native born or naturalized, and not owing allegiance to any other nation, then Marco Rubio is a NBC and can run for President.
