7 stories... is a high rise in Texas. We don’t claim to be NYC or LA. We are Texas and have lots of space for these type of buildings. Some need to stop their stupidity.
Just to be technical, 30 stories plus is a highrise. 10-30 is a midrise. 9 or below is a low rise. I manage a 7 story office building.

There are at least 8-10 buildings that are 10+ stories—Renaissance Hotel for example-—it’s also a somewhat hilly area and very suburban with many office parks...for those of you unfamiliar with Austin...several scenes form Mike Judges Office Space(Kolotchi Bar) were shot in this area..
