Have you ever tried camphor sawdust or oil for the asthma?
I know several people that rub camphor oil diluted in olive oil on the bottoms of their feet, and the palms of their hands, and one that keeps a shoebox of sawdust by her bed. They all say it works well.
Thanks. My asthma is pretty much under control as long as I do a number of things; one of which is stay totally away from all artificial perfumes and fragrances, and avoid petroleum products. I also watch food intake, certain foods aggravate it. I also take lung support herbs daily, and use essential oils. I make a Lung Assist EO formula using Eucalyptus, Pine, Spruce, Fir, Camphor, Peppermint, Thyme and Basil.
I don’t know how sawdust would work - any ideas? Is it from raw wood or regular kiln dried lumber?
But having even controlled asthma means flus in general and this one in particular, usually hit harder.
