Appellant filed a Motion for Reconsideration of the Dismissal on the basis of the law discovered regarding the Government’s Conflict-of-Interest as Barack Hussein Obama was the sitting President and their boss. Appellant was not afforded a hearing or chance to be heard, although he requested such, and Appellant’s Motion was Denied on September 21, 2009. On those grounds? Not surprising at all.

Why is this case under seal? Berg had a case under seal but I am not sure if this is the same case. What was being kept from the public view?
Why is the public being denied the truth about Obama?
