Is Olberman saying that black folks are either not bright enough, informed enough or honest enough to take a stand against this tyranny.

They should replace him with a black guy. Wonder what he would say then?

I predict that when Olbermann's new masters at Comcast pull his plug once and for all, he'll realize that his failure both professionally and personally is complete, and he'll pop some sleeping pills/tranquilizers and sign off for good.
What he needs is Jesus, but that would require him to face and acknowledge his own sinful nature and his Titanic-sized ego will probably not allow him to do that.

I went to a Tea Party in Griffith Park Los Angeles several months ago, and there were only a handful of Blacks and a few more Hispanics in attendance. Sure, I’d like to see more. But it’s Judeo-Christian values that are at issue overall. So your either with that, or your not. The hell with race.

Odd, I have stood next to Blacks and Hispanics at the TEA Party’s I attended. My wife goes with me and she is Hispanic.
When the TEA Party Express came in, I had my photo taken with Lloyd Marcus and shook hands with Kenneth Gladney.
There is a photo on the net of Frances Rice of the National Black Republican Association standing out on a curb with her anti-tax sign.
And still, morons like Olbermann will continue their subterfuge of ensuring the cameras avoid any Black faces, then cry there are no Blacks.
Then again, if they did show Blacks and hispanics that are also fed up, Keith might lose one of his two viewers.

What is Olbermann’s staff’s diversity mix especially at the senior levels not just those that fetch coffee and make copies, etc?

There certainly is racism involved. 95% of black people voted for Obama. Could it be that blacks are a monolithic block on policy. 95% of black people agree with Obama’s politics? Or maybe... blacks voted for Obama because he’s 1/2 black?!
So, it easily follows that blacks wouldn’t protest the man they voted for, simply because he is “one of them”.
There’s racism Keith, but you’re not identifying the correct people as racist.

Only time you see blacks on the alphabets is the morning shows as weathermen or on weekends reading the news.

Olbermann only sees black and white. this is no secret.

In the interest of being completely “fair” about that video, it shows characters from NBC shows that do, in fact, have black people as cast members. Notably, The Office and 30 Rock both have black cast members, allbeit only one each.
But otherwise, very telling video. The lack of sense the Left has is astounding.
