what time did the locksmith call 911? how late do they go out to change locks?
It's my understanding that there are situations where if you call a locksmith after hours and are in fear of your life they will come out, but perhaps the victim was willing to pay extra if they would do the job immediately.
But that definitely was kinda late for a locksmith.
