I read on another thread on the Internet that the guy was a USMC Vietnam veteran.

Note to self: Don't mess with big huge Vietnam Vets who look like Santa Claus.

The right age, if he is 67, and they said he had an old style USMC tattoo on his forearm.

I blew it up, but can't tell. Anyone here recognize it?
