I am a woman too, but male and female flight attendants have always been very nice to me. I make sure I look “pained,” and rather helpless do you?

Mitt will never get his seat right.

Glad to see he's travelling like the rest of us. But he ain't like the rest of us, and his cult doesn't jive with the majority of us.

This is all a non-story. I just hope that the Mittster, if he makes the wrong decision to run, will give a mormon speech mentioning ALL the bogus taints on the mormon cult.

That'll drop the kaibosh on his futile political plans, forever. Good deal.

Get real Mittster!

People of stature tend to be the nicest people on earth. If they are not they are locked up by 25.

But if they think reclining seats are a necessity, design them such that the seat cushion of the person wishing to recline moves forward

That, and put there a small electric motor that on pilot's command returns the seat to the upright position. If the motor does that very slowly (2-3 minutes for a full cycle) then nobody will be startled. Currently crewmembers have to walk back and forth several times and ask passengers to reconfigure the seat.

I guess not. The last time I flew, I paid extra the day before to get in an exit row. When I got on the flight, I was asked by the attendant to switch seats so a couple could sit together. I pointed out that I paid extra for the seat. I think some flight attendants are just idiots.

You’re right about that. Some *are* jerks, but thankfully, I’ve never had cause to complain when I’ve been on a flight with snotty attendants. Try ‘limping’ onto the plane. :)
