Gee I wonder why?

Couldn't have anything to do with the asinine decision to broadcast the attack in plenty of time for the leaders to skedaddle (which unbelievably is being given as an excuse) and ample opportunity for the bad guys to work their evil in planting all those IED's???

What a way to fight a war........!!1
