Biden's motorcade in minor accident

VANCOUVER — The Integrated Security Unit is investigating whether an oil spill caused the collision of a motorcade Sunday carrying U.S. Vice President Joe Biden that sent former figure skating star Peggy Fleming to the hospital.
Biden's motorcade was travelling to an Olympic venue but his car was not directly hit.
The rear vehicle of the motorcade collided into a second car which was pushed into a third vehicle.

this is the second accident like this for Biden in a short space of time - somebody got a hit on him? -
If someone drops the dime on obummer - someone who knows the truth about the BC, the college/passport records etc, and he goes down - and Biden is gone - who becomes pres?
