The gardner can only support the plants, not create the miracle they contain - their blooming is still an expression of Grace. God's intervention often requires effort to receive. An engineer can create a bridge, but can't create the truths of the math or physics behind it. Forgetting this has led to a very arrogant and scorning world, instead of one of gratitude and wonder.
We as individuals must work hard to bring about a more God-centered country. If we do not succeed, then the evil will result in chaos and destruction. God wants us to turn back to Him. When we do that as individuals, and teach the children, God will give us the courage and wisdom to do what is necessary to save the nation. God guides when He is asked, but we have to work within the "law" of God's creation. In plain words: If you jump off a high building, the law of gravity will take over. An awful lot of people in America have already jumped. Thus our dilemma.
