The same government report last year that identified more snow in the Mid Atlantic and NE as a sign of GW also identified an absence of snow, rain and other precipitation in the South and SE as a sign of GW.

Turns out we just now had an increase in snow in the South and SE coincident with increased snow ~ RECORD BREAKING SNOW ~ in the Mid Atlantic.

Which logically meas that we are seeing signs of Global Cooling.

Worth noting the article begins with the claim that the last decade has been the warmest on record. Of course it's the first decade with a full decade's worth of satellite acquired data ~ in reality it's not comparable to earlier decades.

The slope is negative too. It's getting cooler. Now Dr. Jones says the cooling trend extends over 15 years and "sorry old chap", he's lost the database!

Thanks. That reminds me that RFK, Jr. prophesied the extinction of snow in Virginia about 5 years ago as well.

I've e-mailed Ria two stories that contradict her assertions. If you can provide me with a link I will send her this info along with RFK's sooth-saying.

And its not just the Mid-East US or South East US or South West US, North Dakota now reporting significant snow depth.

Bismarck has deepest snow since 1979

The last time the snow in Bismarck was this deep, Jimmy Carter was president, the first Sony Walkman cost $200 and ESPN hadn’t started broadcasting.

The current snow depth at the Bismarck Airport, which is the official reporting site for the National Weather Service in the city, is 20 inches. The last recorded 20-inch snow depth at Bismarck was in March 1979.
