So on top of gas tax we pay in any state we drive through, we would be taxed in MA even if driving outside the state. What else can it do? Tells the govt. were your car is at all times. They can figure out if you traveled from point A to Point B in less time than the allowed speed limits, you would a ticket in the mail. With not one police officer ever seeing you do it.
