someone described her on the site by saying: “she’s a liberal from Hahvahd’ and let’s you know exactly how she feels about particular subjects.”

That makes her immediately qualified to be President.

I am currently a college professor, but spent 20 years working in the “real world” before coming here. I can tell you that academic department disputes are magnified for some reason. Tenure and promotion are very, very big deals. Unlike other jobs (where people tend to be more transient and/or mobile), most aspire to be here for life and there is a lot more jockeying for fewer positions of power (Dept chairman or graduate coordinator). In short, its a much more emotional climate and and its can get very nasty with lots of cliques and backstabbing. Almost never spills over into murder—such thoughts stay well within the realm of fantasy.

Harvard has been turning out a lot of real losers over the past several decades...

BS...even a novice knows not to point a loaded or unloaded gun at anyone...a shotgun? If you are not pointing at something with the intention of shooting it...that barrel is to be broken...

Wonder WHERE and WHEN she got the gun (or rifle, or as the media would say ‘assault rifle’)?

It's not you at all. In fact, whenever I meet people, I can almost immediately tell if they are liberal or not - before they even open their mouths to remove all doubt!
This woman here looks like Paul McCartney in drag. I wonder if she's a vegetarian too.

Mom AND the police. Obviously, they didn’t want to believe that someone that bright and accomplished would willfully murder her equally bright and accomplished brother. Had they been either ‘white trash’ or black, she’d have been arrested on the spot and done her time. As it is, she was given a pass and today three families and untold others in Huntsville, AL are grieving

The differences between Alabama and Massachusetts and Alabama are:
1. The police chiefs in Alabama do not jump to conclusions and allow incidents to be investigated.
2. Alabama has a death penalty which juries are not afraid to use.
