I see him at the water fountain, trying to get info on co-workers and organizing for unions. IOW, never hitting a lick but a trouble maker.

I’m thinking a doorman dressed up in one of those spiffy uniforms. Throw in lots of bowing and he’d pick up plenty of money at Xmas.
