The jerk in the Oval office is a lawyer, he KNOWS he is illegitimately in that office. So either he father isn’t who he says he is, in which case he should just own up to it and move on, thats preferable to a constitutional crisis. Otherwise, I can’t imagine why he would deliberately put himself in the position of appearing to be an illegitimate president and usurper, if he really wasn’t.

The simple issue can’t be heard because of all the Birther BS. He isn’t a Natural Born Citizen because he was born with two Nationalities. Natural Born Citizen means you were born with ONLY one.
