That picture doesn’t make sense; the other one did. Neither seems racist, the one just breaks the rule that you can’t use the n-word unless you are black. But slave-owner/sinner doesn’t make sense, slave-owner/slave is what he was going for, and “n-word” is associated with being a slave.

I can't find a similar image on www.teaparty.org. Where exactly did you see that?

I don't know who altered what. As I said, I can't find any image like that on www.teaparty.org.

Here is TPM's page saying that www.teaparty.org altered the "original" sign, the one they claim had the n-word:
