I use an eyeTV tuner made by Elgato. (http://elgato.com) They have a model that is Windows compatible, as well - at least for over the air HDTV broadcasts. (In other words, you'd need an antenna.)
I cancelled TV. Even if you avoid CNN/MSNBC they get roughly a dollar a month from your cable/sat TV bill. TV enslaves America. Sports programming keeps the liberal news media alive.
