ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the “other” articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. I don't see why the parents weren't called in before the police to take their child home. As for taking a child to an adult mental hospital or whatever it was, I think that was uncalled for. When my child was in school I filled out emergency cards for her. I had to list her dr, friends who could be reached if I couldn't be etc. I also remember there being a number next to each person so you could chose who you wanted to be reached first. I know if my child was acting out I would want to be called before the police.
