The DNC said the money was for ads. No telling if it all was spent that way. Either way it was a payoff.

That was not my question. Did the DNC spend the money on ads, or did they give it to Nelson’s campaign? Did the ads run? If so, who paid for them, the DNC, or Nelson’s campaign? I am not denying it worked like a payoff, but in these kind of debates, it helps to get your facts straight — especially if people are being urged to call the FBI and report a crime.

The DNC "said" the $500K he got after voting for O/Care was for Nelson's campaign ads. No telling if it was spent that way. Either way it was a payoff.

Did the DNC get the $500K from the WH slush fund? Money usually leaves a paper trail---and money used for candidates is tightly regulated.

It might be postulated that Nelson, Reid, Landrieu, and unions like SEIU that received payoffs, colluded to deceive, and facilitated election fraud. If it is determined that they conspired to collude, that could be actionable

The FBI should interrogate Reid, Landrieu, Nelson, unions like SEIU that received payoffs, to determine whether they colluded with the WH to misuse govt money and Congressional influence. Receiving anything of value ---money, jobs, campaign contributions, political cover to facilitate votes, is illegal.

POSSIBLE CHARGES
official acts prohibited,
misuse of Congressional funds,
abuse of public office;
violating oath of office;
misuse of government position;
abuse of government power;
conflict of interest;
influence buying;
conspiracy to deceive;
misuse of elective office,
collusion,
conspiracy to collude;
government fraud.

Official finance records filed with the FEC, and state election commissions by Nelson, Reid, Landrieu and unions like SEIU that received payoffs should be scrutinized for possible violations. Determine if names of contributors are legit and whether campaign funds were used illegally, and whether elected officials received tax dollars disguised as campaign contributions to influence Congressional votes.

Obama may have colluded and agreed to give something of value: campaign cover, campaign assistance, campaign cash, a govt gratuity, jobs for relatives, etc, in exchange for votes and support.

Keep in mind that elected officials are held to a higher legal authority---what is acceptable behavior for citizens might be a crime for elected legislators under oath of office.

=======================================

Once again, let the FBI find out.

========================================

HOW PAYOFFS MIGHT HAVE BEEN FACILITATED Obama has several huge slush funds:

(a) 80% of the trillion dollar stim passed by Congress is unspent and under his control...being hoarded to finance endangered Dem. (b) June 9, 2009 Obama announced, "Several financial institutions are set to pay back $68B to taxpayers." Taxpayers assumed that would be returned to the general funds from whence it had come .......in order to pay down the debt. The truth, however, is that the money returned is finding new life as part of what amounts to a Treasury Dept-controlled slush fund....to finance candidates.

ANOTHER SLUSH FUND Remember that the first four years of ObamaCare is to amass $$billions. Period. Healthcare does not kick in til 2013.

Another gimmick pushes much of the legislation’s costs off the federal budget and onto the private sector by requiring individuals and employers to purchase health insurance....or be fined or go to jail (only illegals are exempt from this provision).
