From February 5th (WRNI): Thirty-five percent of respondents view Congressman Patrick Kennedy positively, while 62 percent see him negatively.
So rather than try to ahem...REHABilitate his image, Patches runs home to the Compound to live on his trust fund. No more playing Congressman!

Without Teddy around, I’m guessing that internal polling told him his constituents decided he wasn’t worth much by his lonesome.
