Freeport Stadium, Freeport, NY was a 1/5 mile asphalt circuit where I used to watch 'em run.

Bill Holland, Sam Hanks, Eddie Sachs, Bill Schindler, Duke Nalon and others all ran there. Dan Gurney once proclaimed it “my favorite track in the country.”
