I turned up this street last Wednesday and they had all kinds of cones and paver grinders and were going at patching the bad spots,, hopefully they lay a few inches of asphalt and not a thin layer.
This is just blisteringly, earth shaking excitement!
Stopping the race is BOGUS, the work was probably done by union pavers. The paving company will probably get sued.
Of course SCCA drivers would just not drive on that part of the track.
