Hopefully in 2011 Senate Majority Leader McConnell will do like Reid did in 2008 and keep the Senate in permanent session so there is no offical recess.
These appointees will get their year and then out.

How about we aim for a REAL Senate majority leader in 2012. McConnell is not the man for the job. In fact, most of the republican leadership over the last dozen years comes under the category of miserable failure.
