Conoco should go ahead with the project anyway. Alaska should invoke the 10th amendment, tell the feds to stay out of their State! What will Obumbum do? Send in federal troops to stop them from drilling for more oil, he does not have the guts!
Obumbum is out there telling the public he supports more drilling, all the while stopping it at every level.
Call his bluff Conoco, drill baby drill!
