Hmmm, I suppose you may have gotten a very rare cat with that feature. I take it you’ve had him checked for a urinary tract infection? That can sometimes cause a strong odor.

If a cat is neutered as a kitten, they don’t stink. If you wait till they achieve adukthood, they retain some stink and marking territory actions.
