WASHINGTON - It's a bipartisan jobs bill that would hand President Barack Obama a badly needed political victory and placate Republicans with tax cuts at the same time. But it has a problem: It won't create many jobs.
Even the Obama administration acknowledges the legislation's centerpiece a tax cut for businesses that hire unemployed workers would work only on the margins.

I think these libs admit that it’s not much good because:
a) It’s “bipartisan,” and supported by Republicans;
b) It involves tax cuts.
Probably they’d rather see another trillion dollar “stimulous” package shoved through, with no Republican support.
But, of course, they are correct in spite of themselves. It’s not much good. Honest tax cuts, or extension of the Bush tax cuts, would be much better. And, of course, massive government spending cuts in our wasteful bureaucracy.
Obummer and Biden promised us Millions of shovel ready jobs.
Finally Obummer has delivered a campaign promise.
